The staff was very nice. The location is in the cut but still close to a lot of places. Only 10 minutes or so from either mall & downtown area. You also can’t get into the hotel main door unless you have a key to get through which I liked considering the area.

Everything! Super friendly staff, clean & modern rooms with a very nice adjustable TV, bright decor, comfy beds. I've paid twice as much for rooms that aren't as nice as this place. Will definitely be staying here for any future visits to Charlotte.

We were moving my son and his 2 cats and we were able to stay with the cats We also unexpectedly extended our stay and extra night on a holiday weekend and they were able to accommodate us

Comfortable tucked away out of the hustle and bussel, staff was accommodating pleasant to converse with and did there best to assist when ever needed

The rooms were very clean and I am very picky about cleanliness. The owners & front desk staff were friendly & helpful.

This was a smaller hotel but very inviting and cozy. We only spent one night there but was very pleased with cleanliness quality. The guy at the reception answered all questions and was very polite.

Staff was gracious and Friendly facilities were clean and comfortable a very enjoyable experience will stay there any time in the Charlotte area 😀

Cleanliness!! I asked for my room to be moved for a better view because it was my birthday and the manager did it with no problem 😉
